The meat is of high quality and the staff are extremely knowledgeable. There is a great sandwich shop located inside called the meatery.

Delicious, but expensive. Bordering on overpriced, but not quite.

An amazing butcher shop. Attached to a kitchen if you want to grab a bite. I can here for great meat and this is the place. The New York strip was perfect. Thick with a good layer of fat. I also got the ribeye patties. Both were exceptional. The patties resulted in the best Homer made burger I have made It's all about the meat.

This 'Meat Shop' has a lil sandwich store in it it called the meatery. Freaking killer sandwiches, craft beer. If Edgemont Village has something the locals are not going to tell you, this is it.

Superb sandwich, well made and presented, few bucks more than a regular sub but well worth it. Good ingridients, delicious and presented well.

Great experience from the time you walk in! Get your meats and sandwiches from here. Tried the porchetta and it had beautiful golden and crunchy pork rind. They also have a very nice selection of rubs, salts and mustards.

Great sandwiches and meats. Most probably think La Galleria when grabbing a sandwich in Edgemont, time to start thinking twice. No disrespect to La Galleria who does do a good sandwich, just my opinion.

A really good and unique grocery store. You can get meat and many kinds of pasta. Staff were nice too.
